This book makes you feel good form page 1. Lynda Field talks about personal issues in a way that you feel like she knows how you think. She is humorous but also very focused on her readers. I saw an article by her in Woman and Home and had some coaching with her that changed my career path completely.
Confidence helps to stop us doubting ourselves and this book makes you feel more confident just because you are reading it. I thoroughly recommend this to anyone who wants to take more control of their life
Totally uplifting (Rating 5 of 5)

This book is a great follow up to Weekend Life Coach and it has that same easy but clever approach to helping the reader to really make positive changes. I like it that Lynda says that everyone suffers from lack of confidence some time as this makes it easier for me not to strive to be always perfect. Lynda's coaching style involves cognitive therapy and positive psychology but she also has a great interest in spirituality, so a great mixture of brilliant and useful and relaxing tips.
And the cover is fabulous, enough to lift a girl's heart
Just what I needed (Rating 5 of 5)
